Love the bag but the creases/folds won't come out! I tried heat and packed it with towels to get the folds out but did not work. Going to call Dooney and return the bag. The bag is beautiful but do not want one that has all these folds.

I like the color and size of the purse. My only problem is the strap length, it is really really long. I have it adjusted as much as can be and the top of the purse hits at the bottom of my bottom. ( I am 5 foot)
