This phone claims to be nearly indestructible. This could not be further from the truth. One drop from a height of only 2 feet and this is the screen, yet you supposedly don't need a case for it. The company puts in the fine print that drops or falls void the warranty so that proves they know how breakable it truly is. You can hardly hear the person using the phone when they make a call, and the camera quality is garbage. I wouldn't pay $50 for it. I regret ordering it for my husband. This seller should be forced by Amazon to rectify by refunding our money simplyfor false advertising and deceit.

I chose this phone primarily because I like a large 6.56 inch screen and android system , quick and easy to get setup, it works as advertised, fast between Apps, loading everything I try to open and navigate through. It is unlocked for all the networks, I absolutely love the battery in this phone, it has been used for all day and still have about 40% left, the phone works as expected and matches all of my purposes, satisfied !

My son is extremely hard on phones so he needs something very sturdy and rugged that's not just a case because he'll just take it off and ruin it. This phone is great in that aspect. Very tough and hold up to abuse. Unfortunately we haven't been able to find any service that is compatible with it. Even though one of them looked it up and promised they were compatible, but once we received the sim card and tried to activate it we were then told it is not. I'm so frustrated with the inability to find a decently priced phone that can actually be used ðŸ˜
