Was searching for a duvet that would be similar to two sheets sewn together. Wanted something lighter than a coverlet but heavier than one top sheet. This is close. It comes out of the dryer wrinkled & stays fairly wrinkled, but I don’t have a comforter inside, so don’t know if that would flatten it. The wrinkles don’t bother me as much as they do other purchasers. I bought the burnt orange color, which is more like rust to me and I really like, but it’s probably an unusual choice. The zipper is sewn in nicely and pretty well hidden, but is white. Some people might be bothered by a white zipper on a darker colored duvet, but I’m fine with it. I got a king even with a queen bed. The duvet was larger than my king down comforter, but I can hide it with the bench at the end of my bed. I have a bright room and the color was perfect, not to yellow or too orange, bright but not obnoxious. The texture is so great, like the natural or linen look fabrics, but Cotton and lovely. I haven’t washed it to see shrinkage or color fastness; but I love it right out of the package!!! ... show more

Gorgeous gold color that matches the website-- exactly what I was looking for! The design with the zipper and inner ties are great for any comforter. The washed cotton has a permanently wrinkly look, which works okay, but wish it was less textured. After one wash, the material is a little tough still. I am hoping it softens a little after more. LOVE the yellow color, love the feel! but if you have animals (i have 2 cats) its really attracts their fur and its super visible. i love it, but i have to clean and wipe it down a lot more than i expected.
