I have a 28 inch waist and typically wear med or (on occasion large depending on style/make). This dress although very cute runs VERY small. It may fit a "junior" but not woman. The "tie" on the front is very large once tied and ends up being very bulky in front. I order the large based on the size chart. Even though I was barely able to get it on it was way too tight and I was afraid I would rip the seams. I'm not even sure the XL would fit. Unfortunately, I had to return it.

I am 5ft6 230lbs with 34JJ This actually is so cute? I got this in an XL. It’s pretty roomy. Even on my chest it’s roomy. The material is light. Slightly polyester but breathable. Definitely would buy this again in a different colour.
