I bought this because I have an indoor pig and it’s suppose to prevent him from escaping out the bottom. It works! Great material and elasticity on the hooks. The size isn’t accurate, it’s a bit too snug which I had to then make slight adjustment using a zip tie. Totally worth it.

It's very cute and soft for my puppy. It does shrink so becareful with drying it in the dryer. It claims leak proof, but I still find that it's wet on my floor under the mat.

These pads are the best! They are big enough for pens and trap liquid so the dogs arent walk in puddles of urine. Will definitely be buying more as so as they go back down in price.

Original review: I love that this is cute, durable, and can withstand four 4-week old pups putting it to the test. However, my only issue is that the urine puddles on top and does not immediately get absorbed into the top layer. This causes the other puppies to step, roll in, or play in the urine while it sits above the surface in a puddle before absorbing into the top layer of fabric. Other than that issue, it works perfect for our needs. Update: we used a couple of these particular puppy pads in the puppy play pen from 1-week old until the puppies went to their new homes at 12 weeks old and had one straggler that didn’t get adopted out until 20 weeks. After washing a few times, the puddling ceased to be a problem. However, the more times it was washed, the less “leak-proof” it became. I wanted to wash it on cold, but with urine and feces stains, this seemed impractical and needed warmer temperatures and the ability to soak with urine destroyer and vinegar to remove lingering odors. I hung this up and air-dried, and it did not go in the dryer. For the occasional accident, this may be fine but for bowel or bladder incontinence and consistent use, I don’t believe this will have longevity. Downgrading my rating from 4 to 3 stars. It fits perfectly in the puppy pen and the dimensions were spot on, but the leakage is a dealbreaker for me.
