This thing works! Dog isn't a huge fan and gives me the sad face when I clean her paws but being a Australian shepherd/border Collie mix she is a fuzz ball and will track in mud from the back yard. This fixes that problem. The towels are small and 1 is soaked after cleaning two of her paws but they are just a nice addition in anyway. The cleaner is easy to use and clean up afterwards. My dog is about 55lbs and medium sized and the this does the trick for her 98% of the time. Sometimes I'll need to dump, rinse, and add fresh water after a couple paws if it's extra muddy out. The only time I thought I might have needed the larger sized one was when I caught her digging after a gopher as she had mud up her legs in addition to her paws. I definitely recommend for any dogs with furry paws! Unit is easy to clean as well. A quick rinse is usually enough but sometimes I unscrew the cap slide out the silicone brushes and rinse thoroughly.

TOTAL GAME CHANGER! Keeps our k-9's paws from bringing in unwanted dirt & bacteria into house.easy to clean. I wish it had a mechanism where you twist cup and the inside would spin with a higher momentum but it works as is just a bit difficult at times. The overall value/quality is decent I think I'd have liked it more if it was a little cheaper. The towels aren't really towel type material but more so like a minky typ blanket.
