Great heater. Works well, however, to turn it on if I press the spot where the power button indicator is it doesn't work. I have to press above and to the right of the power button. Pretty annoying but doesn't affect the overall operation of the heater.

We generally have mild Winters and these provide about a 20 degree increase over the outside temps. This is fine for our seldom-below-freezing Winters. If you have a harsh Winter, this would not be suitable for dogs.

Works great and I love the fact that I can see and control the temperature with the app. It is a bit over priced in my opinion, also it would have been better if the power cord was somehow detachable at the heater itself because it was hard having to fish the large rectangular control through to the outside of the dog house. The install instructions showed the cord being detachable from the unit but the one I installed was definitely not detachable, anyways It’s all set up now and both my dog and I love it. ... show more

We bought this for our outdoor cat not sure if it would be to hot considering how small her kitty condo is. Buy it! We live in pretty cold temps in the winter, just last week it was 2 degrees. I check the temperature often and it's right on.

Sender waited till last minute to send. Product does not heat well. Doesn’t have infared at all. It is quite, but not quite enough. My dog won’t get in her dog house now. Seriously, buy something better. Product support is not helpful either. Just DON’T BUY THIS WORTHLESS cxxp
