I work on a cruiseship I bought this shoe three weeks ago, I only wear it on my 4hr morning shifts. In two weeks it was peeling off the skin I was so so disappointed. The other thing it’s not Slip Resistant to oil or water. If you want to wear it only on two occasions then go for it but if you want to use it for work don’t even bother. I've bought shoes from Dockers and have always been pleased. I've tried a couple other chelsea style boots but I often found them hard to pull on and off and not always the most comfortable as I have wide ankles. I put these on. The little strap on the back made it easier to put your foot in the boot and help pull it on. Very comfortable to wear and I love the grippy non-slip sole. They aren't as slip-resistant as I would like, but they do a decent job. I couldn't see myself spending over 100 on slip resisant shoes again so these are a good go to.

They are definitely comfortable and look good. Slip on with ease and are comfortable to wear all day long. They are absolutely not slip resistant at all. If you work in a restaurant or oil surface place they are actually dangerous to wear. As for durable? Time will tell.

There isn't a lot of support in the front of the shoe. If you work in an environment where there is wet floors these will not work for you. The work okay ish in dry floors but still find myselft slipping here and there.
