Great fit, Super comfortable with 4 way stretch. 92% cotton/8% spandex is a great blend, for comfort and durability. I was dry cleaning these, along with my work clothes. Last weekend I washed a pair (in cold water) and they came out soft and not needing ironing. Not sure if that will last. I may change up washing/dry cleaning ever other time. The only negative, and the reason for only 4 stars, is these pants need 2 more belt loops towards the front of the pants. Probably done to save some cost, but a belt doesn't sit right without them. Nice fitting and good looking. I usually wear a 36x32 but had to go to a 34x34. I first purchased the usual 36x32 but they were loose and shrank up in length so much. The 34x34 fit perfect (after a couple of washings) and I love the way they feel BUT they are utter hell to iron. The flex/stretch makes them a nightmare to iron.
