I came up with the bright idea to remove the inside section. Figured i had nothing to lose as i was going to throw it away anyway. While above average (6.5+ length and 5ish+ girth depending on state of arousal), I decided to try this with the Wife to see if she would enjoy a porn star like BIG cock experience. Good material but sidewall too thick for my & mates liking. I have a 6" +/- width penis and the RealFeel material made me to wide for my mates comfort. Stayed on well and even transferred some of the sensation to the male. Some say that the plug adds too much width and makes the head small in comparison. Found that this actually made it easier for insertion. It would have not been possible to insert if the head was proportionally larger. I have contacted Doc Johnson many times in the past and asked for this type of extension and they finally did it. However, I asked them to make it out of the soft stretchy latex rubber material they use for the HardThrob vibrator sleeve, but keep the sidewalls of the sleeve 1/8" to less then 1/4" in thickness. This would allow the sleeve to be stretched over the penis for a tight fit and the grip on the penis is much better. I bought a HardThrob 10" Vibrator Kit years ago and it was the soft latex rubber with narrow sidewalls. Cut it to length, put a pinhole in the tip of the head that the air can be squeezed out of so that it created a suction onto my penis. It made me much longer, stayed on without the use of anything else, increased my stamina, but made it feel just like intercourse for me. RealFeel, UR3, and the SilaGels tend to roll off of the penis, and rob the man of almost all sensation. Seems like Doc Johnson would have figured all of this out by now. Of course, what I am asking for is a longer penis, not a extreme girth penis.

I'm not sure why, but every other extension I've tried has either hurt the tip of my penis, or has fallen apart because of crappy material. This extension is by far the best out there. It's is so incredibly soft on the inside for me, but yet its firm enough on the outside for her. My wife loves it and enjoys sex a lot more with this then without. I now realize that girls really do like it bigger. Only downfall of this is that it doesn't add a whole lot for girth. I really wish they made a few different sizes because not eveyr girl wants the same size... Some like more, some like less... Over all this is getting 5 stars because it's the only one that can pass for life-like.

I bought this device to spice things up a bit. I'm undergoing Testasterone Replacement Therapy and have been struggling with ED. While it's pretty obvious this device won't work well without an erection being of soft material, I hoped it would function ok when semi-erect. During sex I struggle with maintaining a full erection and while trying to make it work during penetration I often ejaculate too soon. I'm on the low end of average as well so I got the triple whammy. I wanted to try a sleeve to help with sensitivity and to add some size for her. I wanted something that could be used without an erection as well but the cheap items are too rigid and uncomfortable for her. This item is Very realistic. It matched my skin tone perfectly and looked freakishly real when I put it on. It adds a bit of girth and a solid inch of length. (I did not care to use the plugs for 3"). I trimmed down the sleeve to fit and was very pleased with the result. It felt amazing having a nice full cock. This item was bigger than me but she had no problem with it. I'll just carefully use it until it doesn't hold up any more. At 20 dollars it gave me a chance to explore the world of extensions. I now know what I like and what I need in a product. I only wish there were more options out there in this size. At 5" in girth (5.5" with me in it), it is the smallest I've seen anywhere online. At least for now, that is the largest I want to go with my g/f. It's a nice step up from my own when I want to fill her up and go longer but not so large that I feel inadequate when we go without it. I hope to try with some Viagra to see if it functions better with a full erection. Otherwise I'll need something like RXsleeve offers at around $300.00.
