These coins are lighter than expected. They are metal and make a metal noise when hitting each other and the alloy used is deeper then a plating as one of my coins came in damage's which is s good thing as I used it for the testing. So I can say it has a yellow gold look to the coins deeper then plating and thier about the size of a us quarter coin. Am not sure what the alloy metal is but it seems sufficient for metal coin. I do wish there was a comparison picture that compared these coins to a quarter so you see the size difference before buying. As to thickness there about the right size and prefect for use in a d&d or board gaming situation or used as a child treasure coin. I would if your making a treasure hoard for a child do 100 or get two of these as the pile of 100 looks so much better then 50. Since Amazon ships this items it comes in quick as always.

The product quality is higher than expected, the coins have great handfeel and good sound, though the 50 coins is less than what it looks like in the promo art, you'd have to buy three to fill one bag. I'm satisfied with the red eye mine came with, the patterning is very lifelike, I would have just preferred to be able to manually choose what color I wanted instead of rolling the dice. I won't dock a point for the promo image showing more coins than you actually get because that's just how marketing works and I won't fault a company that makes an actual nice product.

These are fantastic coins and well made. The carry pouch is a little stiff but I assume over time will soften up. All in all, a great addition to fantasy games like D&D or others where gold coins can be used as currency. Plan to get another one soon to have a full 100 set.

love the coins, from the clinky sounds from shaking it to the texture. i just wish i could get more coins per purchase or at very least i would like to be able to purchase a bigger quantity of these coins without having to get the bag with it every time.

Ok so, I ordered these for my first ren-fair. I’ve been trying to go for over a decade and finally had a job where I had time off. I get there with family and we’re all dressed up like most the others there so it was great fun. Now, the coins come into play. Every vendor we stopped at or participant that spoke to us got a coin and they were thrilled, most saying they had never been given actual metal coins before and it made a LOT of people smile. There were little fairies going around and giving kids small trinkets too, however, I know better than to accept a gift from the fae without compensation so they each got a coin in return. I still have all my kids and my name so, I think it pleased the fae as much as the humans… Overall it was great, and the product quality was perfect. The bag is sturdy, the coins are rightfully hefty and well made. 10/10 and I’ll be ordering more at some point.

These metal coins are awesome. These coins look like they are made out gold and decoratively stamped on both sides. A dragon on one side and runes on the other.

I love this bag, it definitely allowed for a great show and tell for my D&D game. The coins inside are plentiful and fun to rummage through. Imagine having 50 quarters. That's how it feels with the gold coins inside this cursed purse (lol). I would buy it again

The media could not be loaded. I love this. I don’t play D&D I just needed to add to my horde of treasure and the little demon-bag is just too cool. I’m a grown-ass man running around with a sack of treasure and everyone else is jealous. I use it to hold a mixture of gems and precious metals.
