Both of our stools broke within the first 30 days. They look cool But are junk. And they ghosted me when asking for parts or refund. Won’t buy again

    • Raise/lower handle quickly broke, poorly designed.

The media could not be loaded. Got it, quickly set it up, very comfy. The lever to raise/lower is an extremely flimsy design, a rotating bar held in place by two metal wings. Not sure if mine was manufactured improperly or if it's just that flimsy, but the handle almost immediately popped out of place and is now loose, as shown in attached video. So when I want to raise/lower, I need to wiggle it back into place. It's comfy and functional as-is and I think I can fix it by bending the wings forward, so I'll keep it. But the stool for my workbench shouldn't be a project in and of itself. If you're someone who wants things to work right, the first time, and keep working, I would not recommend this until they make the lever mechanism sturdier. ... show more
