These gave me additional stability in my wrist, I'd recommend getting the longer ones the 18 inch ones they provide more wrap especially if you've got a bigger wrist. They're pretty comfortable too I forget I'm wearing them when i wear them loosely between sets. Bought some for a friend as well and he likes them too.

I have liked these wraps but I ended up finding out I prefer them on the opposite hand than what is marked. I hook my thumb and wrap over rather than under with them switched and they are more comfortable and it honestly seems like this is the correct way to wear them. In some of the pictures posted by the company, it seems like the direction of some of the logos is consistent with wearing them on the opposite hand!

I purchased these after developing a persistent work-related arthritis in my hands and wrists (currently work involves much heavy lifting and pulling). These wrist bands are easy to put on and adjust the wrist pressure to stabilize the wrist joint for support. Easily washable and durable, well worth the investment.
