Easy to use. All it requires is a quick check of height and you slide the two pieces until the spring loaded decide pops into the appropriate hole. Instructions are provided to get the correct height. I have used it multiple times (after knee surgery) and it’s worked fine. If you are unstable or anxious, you may want to consider a cane with a wider or multi-prong foot piece but this should work well for most folks. It was easy to adjust and the rubber bottom is thick and does not slip on my floors. This cane has helped me stabilize, especially on uneven ground or sloping walkways.
