I’m in love with my new TV stand. Yes, it’s a bit flimsy but, what more can you ask for considering the cost. For more sturdiness, I used wood glue in all of the holes and that seems to always help the sturdiness. The box was destroyed once it arrived at my house. So, I inspect each piece for damage. Of course there were corners that were chipped but I moved forward with assembly because I expected the damage to be concealed once assembled. Aside from damage, some of the pieces were dirty. Simply needed a good cleaning. It did not seam like this was new or unused product. Once I assembled it the quality is poor! I’m very disappointed. The fasteners do not provide a tight fit keeping the trim pieces from aligning. There are gaps everywhere and the drawer front is not secure. I purchased it as a storage unit for a home office. Really expecting to put mail and papers awaiting processing, but I don’t feel comfortable actually using the unit. I’m not confident any of it will withstand use, like opening and closing the drawer. I certainly wouldn’t put a television on it. I also do not expect to move it. Not worth the 100 dollars I paid. Would never recommend this product. I would return it if it wasn’t such a hassle. ... show more

The TV stand definitely stands out! It is a piece that people can't stop looking at. I have seen the reviews by some people that it is not sturdy. However, I disagree. If it on built correctly, it 9s very sturdy. I build things all the time and therefore know how the hardware is suppose to work, such as the cam locks. You have to insert them a certain way and them lock them in with a screw driver. You wouldn't know this if you are not familiar with this piece of hardware. I do agree the instructions leave a lot to be desired for beginners and that is why I took off one star. Other than that it is a great product. ... show more

Edit: after talking to customer service I received a new unit that fits together as it's supposed to. It looks good and works Good. Minor blemishes but i can live with it. Everything came labeled this time as all the pieces last time did not. The leds still don't work but I was able to confirm that it's the lights themselves and not the controler as I have a different device the controler works perfect on. The shop is working to replace the lights so I do appreciate that a lot but 2/2 lights haven't worked so I'm not super hopeful I'm only doing 3 stars and keeping my original review below because ultimately it's still kind of a headache. When it really shouldn't be. I understand companies have bad days and again I appreciate the shop and customer service helping me but with having to go back and forth and still having issues woth accessories and having this simple project going on for 2.5 weeks it's kinda ridiculous Can kinda see in the photo it doesn't fit together right. Most of the A screws wouldn't go in the holes properly same with the wooden dowles The lights work but the controller is janky and only some of the buttons work and it's the wrong colors. One side is wobbly because it doesn't fit. It's a pain to put together with the tiny screwdriver/Allan wrench thing. I used a different screw driver Really disappointed. ... show more

I think a lot of the negative reviews are from people that tried to rush through the assembly and made mistakes. I'm a dad of twins and have put ALOT of furniture together. I'm also fairly handy around the house and have a good selection of tools. For me this was great for the price and the shiny Apple Store look is exactly what I wanted for this room. I put on some music and took my time assembling it. Looks great, works great, very sturdy. If you are uncomfortable putting together furniture, or rush through those types of projects this is not the entertainment stand for you. But if you are patient, slightly handy and own a few tools, this is a fairly easy project. To sum up, with the assembly "you get what you give". If nothing gets damaged in shipping, this has a nice sleek, modern game-room type look. And for the price, it's a good value, if assembled correctly. ... show more

First, the tv stand came damaged. When I opened the box a piece of wood fell out. I didn't think much of it and then I started to put it together. I soon realized part of the wood from one of the parts chipped. Second, none of the pieces are securing. Even after tightening/securing the screws with the round pieces. Don't get me wrong, the tv stand looks nice and was exactly what O wanted for my living room. But has been a pain to put together because I have to keep going back to try and secure pieces as I add more pieces to it. I always put furniture together and hardly ever run into this issue so much, so I know that it has to be the tv stand. It was a gift and because it's a tv stand that I've already started putting together, (and have thrown the box out) I don't want to go through the hassle of returning it. ... show more

Okay so as you can see i retrofitted this to something I needed. I bought two. Put felt under bottom one and rubber under top. Attached wood to secure together and anchor tv mount to. These were packaged beautifully. The delivery was kind no throwing. Trackable so I could meet him outside. Boxes were completely undamaged. Inside the parts are thoughtfully packaged. The instructions are so easy to follow. I swear a woman wrote them. A woman that has tried to put to together lots of things with a man. The pictures are so self explanatory. And walla everything fit and no drama no bs. Time consuming but so so worth the patience. Thank you! ... show more
