I love these. I had them in my cart for a while but I was so glad I got them. They are a perfect fit. I don’t love that they have Velcro but I don’t use that part as you can get into them through the zipper down the back. You cant see the Velcro, and it does allow to customize the fitting. These are very cute ankle boots. They are true to size. I am a true 7 and they are perfect. But they are very hard to get the zipper up in the back, maybe over time with some wear it will get better and also extremely hard to get the stuffing out of them but not a big deal. I got it out eventually. They were very stiff at first but that's because they are new.. Overall they are very nice, beautiful boots and comfortable. Love these boots I have them in grey suede as well. Very comfortable I can walk for hours without my feet hurting. Only problem is zipper is hard to pull up in back, so I put WD40 oil and it worked perfect!

Love the booties, but the zipper is no good. It is so hard to pull up or pull down which is a complaint which many others have written about too. For such a well known brand it is definitely a drawback when so many people are complaining about the same. Wish they fixed the issue.
