Good quality overall. Not the nicest suit material I’ve ever had but thick enough to hide lumps and bumps. I went by the size chart and ordered a 6 but it is on the larger size, so could probably size down if I wanted to snug. Wearing it to show dogs though and it’s comfortable so don’t mind a little room for more mobility. Good value for the price, color is accurate and black. Matched the jacket I intend to wear with it.

My wife needed some work basics, so when I saw this pencil skirt, I thought I'd surprise her. Truth is, we were both surprised. The skirt is well constructed, with clean seams and a nice weight material. Maybe not couture, but very professional and higher-end. The fit is true-to-size and is very comfortable. But what surprised us both is how flattering this is for a pencil skirt. The garment sits nicely on the hips and has a very nice drape to it. It has just enough stretch and movement so as not to feel constricting, but not so much that it looks sloppy. So mission accomplished in finding a basic that can be styled lots of different ways with her current wardrobe. It is very versatile and a great value for a popular brand. Happy to have found it and happy that it makes my wife happy. Would definitely recommend.

This black skirt looks nice. The style and color are such that it can go with anything. The fit and shape look good. The material is different then I expected. The material isn't suit like at all. It is more of a thick jersey material. That makes it a little more stretchy and comfortable when wearing. But it also makes it look a little more casual, not as dressy or suit like. The material is thick in my opinion, and I think it gets a little warm. So good in the winter, but not so much in the summer. If you get it for a good price, it's definitely a really good black skirt. But I did subtract a star because I would have preferred a different material.

I ordered a size 6 and my measurements are 28 waist and 38.5 hips. It fit with a little room to spare. The skirt is flattering, and the material is nice and smooth, not see through at all. All the stitching is quality, as I expected from the DKNY brand, as I own several articles of clothing in this brand.
