I made the mistake of going by the pictures rather than the description of this purse. I was hoping for a deeper burgundy red but it is indeed closer to the "bright red" as described. Not really bright, but definitely more of a cherry than burgundy. I'm still giving it 5 stars because other than color, it's exactly what I wanted: discrete logo, metal feet on the bottom, not too big or too small, inside zipper pocket plus slip pocket and minimal hardware. I prefer silver hardware to match my jewelry (and hair) but that can be hard to find. The gold on this purse actually leans more neutral than yellow. Still debating whether to keep it, but the price was right so may keep it and keep searching for that perfect deep burgundy color. ... show more
