I have been buying these cups for several years. The outside of the cup doesn't get hot and requires no sleeve. They tend to unravel a little if you reheat the contents in a microwave, but they aren't designed for that so no I only point it out as an FYI. My only complaint is that 6 sleeves were missing from the box when I got my last shipment. Amazon replaced the box but I had to bring the first shipment to a drop off store, and I was surprised to receive an email two weeks later that said they hadn't received it yet. Other than the problems with the last shipment I am happy with these cups and will keep buying them. ... show more

have ordered these cups several times. Our customers like very much but the box we received on Friday July 1st was damaged and taped like it had already been opened and we were missing 5 sleeves of 50 each for a total of 250 cups.

Super great at pouring coffee into my mouth. Amazing! Even works on other liquids or even powders if you dare! I felt like a new person with this technology. I used to cup my hands and pour coffee but these cups...game changer. I honestly am still using the first one so I have 999 more times the pleasure still in the box. If you wash them you could probably get a whole year out of one cup and you’d have like 1000 years of this technology if you are diligent. Love you cup makers ... show more
