I have waited a long time to review this perfume because I believe that is what you should do to get the feel and aura of the perfume in question. Perfume is also a very personal accessory and is very different on everyone. When I opened this 'blind buy' and smelled it just out of the bottle, I was totally ready to return it! I have gotten blind buys before due to reviews and in depth investigations of my own and have only returned one immediately after resisting the urge to dump it down the sink! As a budding perfumista, I know you MUST consider every angle of the scent along with your own chemistry! As I lightly applied this heavily sillaged perfume, I began to find it mysteriously interesting and different. I found that it was a perfect cold weather scent! As I grew to love it, and the weather warmed up, I found I still loved it!! In warm weather, it's scent was like smoked citrus, light and alluring. I smelled this on a client and asked what it was. It is a very deep fragrance with staying power. At first impression I did not like it but as it dried down it mixed with my chemistry and became very nice. It reminds me of lancome magi noir in its complexity.
