I purchased this for my nephew's 3rd birthday. He LOVES Toy Story as much as my son did at that age and it brings back some wonderful memories. We debated on getting my nephew the plastic one like from the movie and remembered how my son would "cuddle" with "Rextivity" while he slept. We'd go in his bedroom to check on him and he would be laying there snuggled up next to a hard plastic T-Rex with sharp teeth. We decided maybe a plush "Rextivity" would be a better fit for our nephew. This plush is about the same height as the plastic one. The head is larger and the arms thicker but you can still tell he's Rex from Toy Story. Our entire family is excited to see his reaction when he opens his gift at his party! ... show more

My son had the plastic Rex that talked. Unfortunately that toy had broken and he was extremely adamant that he be replaced!! He loves stuffed animals and plushies. He takes his 'friends' everywhere!!
