My daughter got the Lead Mal in a Descendants musical Theater show. They had a make shift costume but she wanted the real deal. We ordered a few different costumes from different places because we weren't sure when they would arrive or the quality. This one was the best quality and arrived fast! It is a 1pc but the material is thick and good sturdy quality. The others were thin like flimsy cheap halloween costume material and some 2 pics. This one was the most realistic looking! My granddaughter loves this Mal character and this costume did not disappoint. Yesterday, she put it on as soon as it was delivered and played descendants music on the echo dot and danced like Mal lol she lived the costume so much that she couldn’t wait til Halloween to wear it! So, it’s a one piece jumpsuit type thing with a jacket to put on over it. It actually looked so small but once she put it on it was fitting perfectly. My granddaughter is age 6 size 6x. So i chose the 4-6x . Fits her perfectly. Now waiting for the Mal wig. Sold separately. Can’t wait to see her in the whole costume setup. So cute. ... show more

Well worth the money. This is exactly what I was hoping for. I wanted a costume that wouldn’t break the bank, because my daughter was only going to wear it for 3 hrs. I also wanted something that didn’t look cheap. It fit as anticipated and looked very nice. Would def recommend.

It’s definitely WAY too expensive for what you get (I paid around $27). I ordered size 7/8 for my 6 year old and it fits fine. The material is very thin and cheap. It has Velcro closures all the way up the neck, and my daughter says it’s uncomfortable. However, she says it looks like Mal’s outfit and she thinks it is perfect for a Descendants dance camp that she will be attending. This is why I gave it 3 stars. Otherwise this overpriced, cheaply made costume deserves a 1 or 2 star rating. It is okay if you are pressed for time, but look elsewhere if you are expecting high quality (or hoping to get more than a couple of uses out of it). ... show more
