I bought this because I had some injuries that prevented me from hand washing dishes. It is a great size, big enough to hold a good amount of dishes, small enough to not take up too much space on a counter. It is perfect for a single person or a couple of people. I use it for all the plates, bowls, flatware, storage containers, large spoons, spatulas, etc. I haven't tried to wash the pots or pans in it. Cleans very well and uses very little detergent. Easy to operate and I like that I can wash my vacuum insulated tumblers if I stop the cycle before it reaches the hot dry phase. I wish I had bought it sooner. Saves me time and I like that it is small. I don't have to feel guilty running it for a couple of meals worth of dishes that would leave a regular dishwasher largely empty. Great little unit and is very well made with lots of settings options.

Don’t hesitate, get it. It works so damn well and I load for me and my boyfriend, I put it on every night. And I have it ( the drain hose) in a bucket. It works great. The only con is how massive it is. I had to use a stand. It runs great and super hot. I use powder detergent as recommended that’s was the hardest thing for me to find in store, I found it at Walmart for like 6 bucks but for every run you only use 2 teaspoons, it’s gonna last a long time. I love love love it. Actually I changed my mind it’s fine how big it is because it means more room. It dries so good too. And it’s so pretty to look at. And it’s super portable and reasonably light to move around. I don’t have it hooked up to anything like I said, I let it drain into the bucket ( I rinse my dishes before hand) and then to put the water in I just pour 3-4 pitchers full ( the pitcher it comes with) and it’s all set. The delivery was amazingly fast. I ordered it on the 8th Amazon date said the 17th it came on the 11th!!! Must buy Update: It’s been 6months with it, I still love it. From time to time and depending on if your pre-rinsing you’ll have to wash the metal part at the bottom and the filter which is super easy to do!. The bucket method still works. The powder works too, I bought cascade 6months ago ( same time I bought the washer) and it’s still some left! For something this small don’t use pods ( made for full sized washers) I put the washing powder in a Chinese takeout container. I use a 1 tablespoon measuring spoon, and only put 2-3 spoonfuls. Also!! While you absolutely don’t have to, since there is usually soap streaks after drying, I bought a rinse aid. THERE IS NOT A DISPENSER FOR IT SO DONT SHOVE IT ANYWHERE!!! , I put a small amount at the bottom and add it when it’s rinsing when it’s somewhere between 15-10 minutes left. Out of the 30 min cycle ( fast) I don’t ever use the “strong” I never have to, I prerinse and spray the dishes with dawn power wash before putting it on!. Also you can make dawn power wash btw: keep the spray bottle, put a little bit of dawn in the bottle, you’ll need alcohol 50% or higher will do and add water, I personally add Dr.Bronners to it for the peppermint smell. YOU ARE ABLE TO ADD ESSENTIAL OILS TO MAKE IT SMELL LIKE WHATEVER!!! Oh and last step is to shake it lol

The media could not be loaded. Man this thing is great. I have a studio apt and this works great for my everyday dishware and smaller cookware. I hated to lose counter space to it so I put it on its own stand and have it empty into a bucket rather than attach to sink. I fill it up with a pitcher, which they include, pitcher is clear and slim so doesn’t take up space. You can pour water into the machine in a little hatch at the top. I don’t have this connected to a sink at any point, filling or draining, and that works great for me. I did do the first trial run on the counter which is what you see in the video but after that I moved to the stand/bucket model that you see in the photo behind my dog. The fruit setting is hilarious and I think I just use it if something needs a rinse. Quick mode is good if there’s not a lot of gunk. I mostly run it on the eco 60 minute cycle and that works great, just like any regular dishwasher. It has a 90 minute setting but I’ve only used it a few times to wash a particularly dirty saucepan or something. As someone who’s kryptonite task is dishes this is a must have. Worth it. I saw some people complain about leakage but haven’t had that happen once. Be sure to use the tightener that they include on the hose, I wonder if the people who had this leak didn’t do that. I’ve had this for 2-3 months now and not a single leak or issue with the product. Be sure to measure the space you want to put this in. My daily dinner plates are 10.5” and fit. I think 11” plates would be the max I would want to have with this, 12” could maybe work. I can fit a lot in this machine, usually 2-3 days worth of dishes for one person who cooks and eats most meals at home. I’ll do a separate cycle for cooking bowls, pots, and pans (I have a small 9”x12” baking sheet that fits if I position it slightly diagonally). Since the cycles are short I can run two back to back in the time my old full size would only be half done with one load so it works out. I use dishwasher detergent, just classic green box Cascade powder, works great. No need for pods.

This cleans really well. Only gave it four stars because the racks aren’t as great as they could be and the little shelf thing on the side to hold “mugs” is too small to fit anything other than a few teacups or kids cups, so I put some utensils that didn’t fit in the basket there — my fruit peeler and my mini pasta fork. I wish there was a bit more space or things were arranged differently and it didn’t dry things completely but overall I’m very impressed by how clean the dishes came out! And it was very easy to set up and use. I LOATHE doing dishes so this is very much worth the money to me.
