We had a tight space around our sink in our kitchen that required specific measurements, and this was really the only one I could find that would fit in the narrow space around the sink. Assembled super quickly and fits a ton. Cup tines are a little close together, we can only ever fit four at a time because the middle tine is too close to the others, but it's never inhibited our ability to cry dishes. You do need to clean the plastic tray underneath regularly so it doesn't get gross, but I'd much rather have the drip tray than the water going right onto the counter.

I wish I had looked at this a little more closely. I replaced a single tier plastic rack with this. This was about an inch less wide, but it has two tiers. The only issue for me is that the mechanism for holding plates and bowls really only works for plates and bowls. I have bowl-ish plates which I have to carefully balance on the bottom rack, and pots really only work if they are stacked over plates on the top rack. So, that was kind of my mistake for not looking closely enough at the metal rungs. I can manage to stack everything on there. The drain works really well, too. The accessories for the cups and the silverware, I put on the long side so they both hover over the sink, so that water wouldn't get on my counter (which you can see from the images the flaw in the setup as depicted). It does make it harder to get things in the lower rack, though. So, the rack appears good quality as as advertised, just not really designed for someone who cooks with larger cookware or with non-standard dinnerware.

This has been by far the best dish rack I have ever had, because it has been so versatile! There are designated areas for different types of dishes that I am always using, and I love that the trays catch water so my counters stay dry. They trays are also easy to clean and maintained. I’ve had so many people compliment me on this, and I would buy it again!

This is an amazing dish rack. I love that it drains directly into my sink instead of having my dishes soaking in the water. My only issue is that I wish my kitchen was bigger.

My one complaint: the top rack shelf only holds plates in one straight opening... all All plate sizes slide to the middle of the upper tray; ....a small saucer size item will fall through to lower tray. If this would be a problem for you, look for a rack holder w 2 adjacent holder slots, which can be used for 2 smaller items or one dinner plate size item.

Lovely design. I love the clean black lines and sturdiness of this piece. It's very practical. The top slots holds plates, lids, and cutting boards securely. The bottom rack holds bowls and larger items nicely. I appreciate having the drips trays below each rack. So easy to line them with tea towels and change them out daily. I used a black tie strap to secure the glass holder to the side because it slipped off a time or two when removing items. I also have it sitting on a larger dish drying matt. I find it's easier to lean large pots against it when they're too big for either rack. Over all I'm very happy, it looks so nice and works well for me.
