The product and customer service were great. I screwed up the first order by choosing the incorrect printing option for the artwork I had chosen. I got an email from the supplier which basically said, "sure you want to do it that way? If not, cancel and re-order." I cancelled my first mistake, then reordered. I had ordered pint glasses with a photo of my daughter and I on them. They arrived quickly and they all look great. Very pleased with the service.

Exactly what I purchased. Image quality was spot on & seems durable on the glass. I ordered, wine, rocks, pint & coffee cups. One of my packages didn’t arrive (the pint glasses). This company stood behind their product & sent me a case of replacement pint glasses. It was probably a shipping carrier issue, but the company made it right. I’m very impressed.

If I could give it 10 stars, I would!!!! I am so completely happy with how the glasses turn out! I created the design for my brother, who has high expectations and very particular about quality. I was nervous about how it would turn out because I wasn’t able to remove the background from the graphics of our family crest. To my surprise, the design team took the initiative to remove the background and make sure it was straight and perfect. My brother absolutely loves it and so does the rest of my family.

The media could not be loaded. Nothing in the description said that the logo I sent the company would just be a sticker. I thought the design would be baked on or something. The glass itself is thick & fairly heavy and very nice quality. When the first glass was HAND washed, the sticker started peeling. So far we have not washed the rest to see if just the one sticker is not sticking properly. At about $10 per glass I expected better quality on the personalized logo. I wish you made dishwasher safe, personalized glasses like on-line photo companies who put pictures on plates and mugs.
