The product and customer service were great. I screwed up the first order by choosing the incorrect printing option for the artwork I had chosen. I got an email from the supplier which basically said, "sure you want to do it that way? If not, cancel and re-order." I cancelled my first mistake, then reordered. I had ordered pint glasses with a photo of my daughter and I on them. They arrived quickly and they all look great. Very pleased with the service.

Update: seller replaced glass with new one. Very fast too. I’m very happy with these glasses. Everyone who uses them compliments them. Raising stars to 5. Seller is great to work with as well! Everything’s great with this shipment other than the one glass is broken beyond use and repair. It was broken in shipment. These are sturdy well made glasses, otherwise. Shipping was fast. It is -2° in my area but these are packed pretty well and the broken glass was in the corner and must have been damaged in shipping. Oddly enough it was the glass on the other side of the “fragile” sticker on the outside of the box. The irony. All kidding aside, I would order from this seller again. There are NO returns however, but let’s see what the seller does about replacing the broken glass with a new one. Again. All in all, I would definitely buy from them again especially if they send me a new glass! If they weren’t so solid I’m sure more would be broken!! Good strong punt glasses!

I didn't receive what I ordered. It was not customized with the names. And the lettering is very small and looks like a sticker that will wash off. The glasses were also smaller than I expected.

If I could give it 10 stars, I would!!!! I am so completely happy with how the glasses turn out! I created the design for my brother, who has high expectations and very particular about quality. I was nervous about how it would turn out because I wasn’t able to remove the background from the graphics of our family crest. To my surprise, the design team took the initiative to remove the background and make sure it was straight and perfect. My brother absolutely loves it and so does the rest of my family.

My order consisted of 10 glasses, printing on 1 side. The print quality was excellent, however the stock and handling on the glasses was poor. We discarded the entire shipment due to scratches and imperfections. It is sad because you are ordering these to represent you brand but the glasses are in such bad shape you make the decision to not put them out in your office.
