This configuration features two 30" vanity cabinets, two 12" drawer cabinets placed beside the center section, and one 24" lower center drawer cabinet. The vanity provides a total of 9 drawers, offering convenient storage for cosmetics, toiletries, towels, and everyday bathroom essentials. The center 24" drawer cabinet is designed at 31.5" height, while the remaining vanity cabinets are 34.5" height. Combined with the 0.75" Carrara quartz countertop, the overall vanity height is 35.25". The vanity includes a premium Carrara quartz countertop paired with two integrated ceramic sinks. Each sink features an overflow hole for added convenience, and the countertop comes pre-drilled for standard 8" widespread faucet installation. The countertop measures 109" x 22" x 0.75" and ships in three separate sections for easier transportation and installation. Matching side splash and backsplash pieces are included. Professional installation is required. A hardware pack is not included, so the installer will need to supply screws to join the pieces. For enhanced stability, the vanity should be secured by joining it at the main frame. Please follow the instructions below or provide them to your installer. Installation Process Tools and Materials Required • Drill with a screwdriver bit • Screws (provided by the installer; typically, 11⁄2" wood screws or cabinet screws) • Level • Tape measure • Pencil or chalk • Cleaning cloth • Silicone adhesive (clear or white) Step-by-Step Instructions 1. Preparation • Clear the installation area and ensure the floor is level where the vanity will be placed. • Confirm that the plumbing connections (water supply lines, drain) are properly positioned to fit through the pre-cut holes in the vanity. 2. Position the Pieces • Place the vanity base pieces side by side in the desired position. • Use a level to make sure all sections are properly aligned. • Mark the final position of the pieces on the floor with a pencil or chalk. 3. Join the Vanity Pieces from the Main Frame • Once aligned, drill pilot holes through the main frames of each vanity piece where they will be joined. • Secure the vanity sections together by screwing through the main frames. (The installer will need to provide suitable screws for this step.) • Tighten the screws securely but avoid overtightening to prevent damage to the wood. 4. Position the Toe Kicks • There is a separate toe kick in each box. You can place the toe kicks at the bottom front of the cabinets to fill the gaps between them. When you position the toe kicks side by side at the bottom, it will create a smooth sightline, and there won’t be any gaps. 5. Final Adjustments and Cleaning • Verify that all the vanity pieces are securely attached and that the base is level. • Use a cleaning cloth to remove any debris or dust. • The vanity base is now ready for the countertop installation or further use. 6. Steps for Quartz top installation • Dry Fit Place the quartz top to check alignment. • Apply Adhesive Remove the quartz, apply silicone around the top edge. • Position the Top Carefully place the quartz, press down gently. • Check Alignment Ensure the top is level. • Seal Edges Apply silicone if needed, then clean excess. • Let Set Allow adhesive to cure for 24 hours.
