I am a size 6 (5'5" and 142lb pre-pregnancy), so I purchased these in a medium. They are a little loose around my ribs but I am only in my second trimester and I will need the extra room later on! I was struggling with my work pants being a bit too restrictive and didnt want to keep changing sizes as my belly grows. I have been keeping them buttoned with a hairtie but the zipper kept coming down too far. Bought these and I am very satisfied. The silicone band stays put and holds my pants snugly in place. My only complaint is that my job is physical and there is little AC at the moment (its around 80 in here now), which leads me to say that this material does not breathe particularly well. For all other aspects thought I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend.

I bought these for my sister who is having her first baby. She's rather tall ----6 feet--- so buying clothes can be challenging. She hasn't been able to find maternity clothes at all. This is a great alternative. She can wear her normal pants unbuttoned with these. I chose the 3 pack so she would have a couple spares on hand. There's a great variety of nice, neutral colors. I really appreciate the silicone band at the bottom because it grips the fabric well. I certainly don't want her to worry about her pants falling down. The fabric itself is soft and super stretchy so I know she will get a lot of use out of them.

These are a cool concept I bought these after deciding I didn’t want to invest in a full pregnancy wardrobe and realizing I could still fit in my clothes apart from buttoning on the waistline They work as described and are made of a soft stretchy material that stays in place as you move. They are plenty long so you can pull them down however much you like. I wore these during the summer months and didn’t get too hot, so they must breathe well too. One caveat I’d give is that if you do get bigger during your pregnancy, these might no work for you as you won’t be able to fit in your regular clothes around the legs and that defeats the purpose of these! I got the Medium, I’m 5.7”, 128lbs pre-pregnancy and 145lbs at 9 months. Could have gotten the smaller for a snugger fit!

Save yourself money and hassle by purchasing somewhere else. The description is inaccurate. I've ordered 2 sets of the belly bands and both time only 1 of 3 bands came with the silicone lining that keeps it in place. I tried to wear it without the silicone lining and it was so frustrating, constantly slipping and having to adjust my pants and the band with EVERY movement... Very disappointed. I thought the first order was a fluke mistake. But nope, second set came exactly the same.
