Pupidiu Dino stepping stones are nice. These have bright colors and simple, minimalist design on a solid background which is easy to see from a distance. Popular dinosaurs are depicted. Most kids might not know Parasaurolophus, but the others are pretty well known. These are painted with a semi-gloss or perhaps satin sheen. The edges/outline is routered slightly in. These stones are made of MDF and have grippy, rubbery, anti skid rounds securely glued to the bottom. These stones are sized for kids probably 3-6. 4-5 year olds would have feet about the right size to fit on these stones. They are the size of my hand and the pictures show one referenced alongside an adult sized 9 shoe. These feel heavy and should last a good long while. I feel that over time the painted surface will scratch and mar. The red one has a sizable scratch across the tail of the dinosaur right out of the package, before use. These will be fun to use in Pre-K when playing the lava game or as learning resources during our dinosaur theme for games, spacial awareness lessons and the like. I am tempted to let my students flatten play dough on these to see if the printed outlines come out in the dough. Also, I thought about trying some crayon rubbings with these. I am sure they will get plenty of use in Pre-K. The gym teacher is going to use them in his obstacle course this week as well. Lots of engaging ways to use these fun stepping stones. ... show more

Good pieces and design is pretty. Only thing is that they wobble a bit when my little one is stepping on them so sometimes they hurt her feet.

We use these awesome dinosaur stepping stones as a trail to the grandkids' treehouse. The kids have fun balancing on the stepping stones, and they like placing them in different spots for a "secret" entrance. The stones (wooden) are sturdy but not too heavy.
