    • shipping packaging, it is lousy.
the item looks great on the bed. However the packing of this item is miserably and unprofessionally done. They pack it in plastic bag and shrinking plastic film. In order to make it look decent, I had to go buy a steamer.

I was very happy with the size and the color only downside was the way the comforter came packaged had it completely wrinkled and I had to steam it before we put it on the bed.
