  • Started Happy but Not Now
Size: 11 Color: Black
Read many reviews and opted for my true fit of 11D, glad I did. I also bought the Hanes boot socks which are medium to lightweight socks which are perfect for these boots. These are difficult to put on with thick weight socks but doable if needed for added warmth. If you want to wear these in the winter for riding motorcycles, I would look at the half size up to put more layers or thicker wool socks comfortably. On the heal sizes; some talk of being big, I guess that also depends on your foot and its shape. It fits me just fine, true to the 11D measurement for my foot. UPDATE: After 6 months, The overall quality is only good, medium weight leather and perhaps not as thick as I had anticipated. I would not recommend this boot, it fits well true to size but the insole and insert move around with just average use, only twice a week for me. The insole is glued down but bunches up causing some pain and discomfort, the glue keeps you from readjusting. Additionally, lost a rivet head as well. ... show more

  • Sticky Situation
Size: 10.5 Color: Brown
I've worn boots for the bulk of my life and the boot looks and fits great. However, with the boots I received they had poor quality control. The inside of the boot is drenched in adhesive and the first couple of times I wore them my socks were pretty much glued to the inside. My foot would come out and the socks would stay and I would have to reach back in and rip the socks out. A couple of sole inserts fixed this but it should not have been necessary to purchase them. Company took a long time confirming the shipping and Amazon sent an email saying the order could be cancelled. I contacted the company several times to work everything out and they did have solid customer service. Aside from those issues they are 5 star boots in my opinion. ... show more

  • Pretty good, but not without competition and a few problems..
Size: 10 Color: Black
These are interesting. They're a cheaper version of Double-H harness boots. Slightly thinner, stiffer leather and a very different arch support feel, in that these have an arch support. A little too much for my feet I'd say, but to some with higher arches, I think this would be a real plus. The toe is thinner than a metal toe capped work boot too, which might suit some sport bike riders. I like my steel toe cap Double-H's but it does demand a little more ankle angle to wedge your foot under the shifter (Ducati monster). *update* I since noticed with another pair of dingo's that the arch supports are built up patches of adhesive foam. I really don't think this is a very good way to go about constructing a quality sole liner for a shoe. In my other boot the liner was loose and sticky, and both pairs are far too centered in their support design. I like the look of them both a lot, but there is no way that this isn't going to wear out, leaving a sticky gross mess in there. Also, to offer correct arch support, it needs to be offset from center. Nobodies arch is highest in the dead center of their foot. ... show more

  • High quality boots. Run about a size large.
These are beautiful boots. I am a woman, but generally but men's leather boots because they are typically wider and accommodate my feet more comfortably. The other feedback seems to be accurate in reference to sizing. I usually wear an 8 to 8.5 men's, but ordered the 7.5 in standard width. They were comfortable directly out of the box and I would undoubtedly be able to wear them for hours without issue. I have no complaints as the boots were exactly as expected based on pictures. I am most likely returning them strictly for aesthetic reasons; I'm not a fan of bright brass hardware and the leather is just a little bit too pretty for me to be comfortable messing up by breaking them in. There were some other colors that I liked more, but weren't available in my size. Long story longer, these boots are really high quality and worth every penny, just order a half to a whole size down. Also, the shaft is very wide on these (phrasing?). As pictured, my old (and beloved and soon to be re-soled) boots have settled at my ankles because they never fit over my calves. These ones seem a bit bigger and I would be willing to bet that if I wanted to, I could get them stretched the last little bit to fit without them creasing at the ankle-but I like that look, so I probably wouldn't get them stretched. Just know that they are wide and the leather is supple enough to get a little more out of it if needed. ... show more

  • Sized Down
Size: 8 Color: Brown
Quality seems great, look great. Insole doesn’t seem to be removable, so I wasn’t able to put my own after market cushion in there, with that said, there isn’t enough room to add one, and is a bit hard when wearing regular socks. It’s cold now so I am wearing LL Bean wool socks, and comfort is fine with them. I did size down from my usual 8 1/2 size to an 8 because of other reviews, and glad I did. I have ordered a couple other brands of boots in my normal 8 1/2 size and both are a little loose and clunky. I hate take a star off these very sharp looking boots, but the hard unremovable insole is the sole reason. These are fantastic boots. ... show more

  • Fit like American-made.
Size: 10 X-Wide Color: Black
I'm a little bit put off by the label saying these boots were made in China. That cost them one star of the five. In the past, I've had issues with the labeled sizes on Chinese-made footwear being absolutely meaningless, and prefer to avoid internet- or mail-order boots from China for that reason at least in addition to preferring to buy American whenever still possible. Fortunately, they fit properly, true to size so apparently they were made to American sizing standards. I've wanted a good pair of Dingo boots for a while, and now I have them. ... show more

  • Just slightly badass
Size: 10.5 Wide Color: Brown
Love the looks of these boots; just different enough to be different but not outrageous— the style of these is a bit badass but classic. I looked up why there are rings on the side and it said for motorcycles so you don’t burn your ankle on the exhaust but also it spoke of styling like confederate army boots which I can see once I really looked at them again. Classic styling and nice heavy duty leather. I may put some oil or conditioner on them to increase the waterproof qualities of the boots. ... show more
