From reading all of the reviews I did not know what to expect. Some of the reviews were informative while others were nonsequiturs. As with all products, you don't know what you are going to get until it arrives and you inspect the product. And this was the case with this smart mirror. It arrived well-packaged and protected. I opened it very carefully just in case it was damaged and I had to document the same and repackage the mirror. It arrived well-packaged and without any damage. The mirror itself was exactly as described. It came with a modified French cleat so installation was a breeze and any errors were simply to correct. Once hung getting an internet connected to the mirror was essentially the hardest part. I had to split my 5G internet connection into 5G and 2G in order for the mirror to be recognized. Once this was done it readily connect. The mirror is high quality and was as described by the vendor. Not everyone is going to be happy with this product, but that is life. How would I improve this item? Make it 5G compatible. In this day and age 2G is dated and it should not be shipped with a 2G requirement. I liked this item so much that I bought another, larger mirror, for my upstairs bathroom. I just bought a second larger mirror for the upstairs bathroom. It arrived undamaged and as with the French cleats, it was a breeze to install. However, I had some problems with connecting to the internet. I had to do this approximately twenty times before it was recognized and I was able to connect. After shutting off the mirror all the settings remains and I had no issues. As stated previously, this mirror should come with 2G and 5G. There is no reason why this is not so. My final recommendation is that this is a fine product, and if you are undecided, don't be.

This is definitely a nice looking mirror and will certainly have visitors paying you compliments. The brightness is fairly good for the bathroom. I gave it 4 stars because it loses connection to wifi very often and I have to keep on reconnecting through the app. Also, The display is not as seamless as it is in the pictures on Amazon. The display is actually in a rectangular box that is very visible as you can see from the photo I posted.

Very easy to installed with the provided hangers. Simple plug into a normal outlet. Lighting was good and the dimmable feature is nice for the morning. the defogger works great, it does not fog up at all even with the hottest shower. I like the weather feature in the corner also. The mirror was delivered with a small chip in the corner. I emailed the address on the sticker of the mirror as instructed to do so, they responded within the hour and are replacing it for free. GREAT customer service and quick response. I highly recommend this product.

Love the quality and the lines. Sexy, sleek and functional. 4 Dimming settings from nightlight to bright enough to really light up the whole room. I ordered the model with the weather app and love every function of the mirror. I Had a minor problem with weather app that the vendor resolved in a couple emails and 48 hours which considering they are on the other side of the world was quite amazing. Better quality than I see in the hotels and I thought they were great until compared to this one. Still happy a month later

I bought two of these so excited to use in our bathroom. I LOVE mine and it is so helpful for makeup/picking at your face/brightening for anything 😂 I love it. Unfortunately, the second one does not operate properly and is a real pain. Won’t dim and won’t turn on sometimes.

This mirror is amazing. It was very well packaged and came in perfect conditions. The electrician installed it with no issues. The bathroom look great and the mirror provides enough light. I had some questions about the weather app and I emailed the vendor. They were great with communication; in no time my mirror was functioning perfectly. We love it! Well deserved 5 stars.

I received the mirror and there was an issue with the LED light. Contacted custom support and they got back to me same day. After some back and forth testing they decided to send a new mirror. The new mirror works great, looks great and really dresses up our new Master Bath. While we love the mirror, I really love the excellent support received. Definitely recommended to my designer.
