The mirror worked great for 6 months and we enjoyed it very much. However, this evening we were in the other room and heard a loud crash. The brackets on the back of the mirror gave and it came crashing down!!! Cheap brackets on an expensive mirror is not a good combination. And it damaged the marble floor! The fact that the brackets failed and it just fell off the wall is a huge safety issue. This thing could have fallen on a child or family pet and seriously injured them. ... show more

It’s beautiful mirror , the light is nice you can adjust the light to how bright you want it , only the Bluetooth wasn’t that great

This mirror was selected for a remodeling project. It looks elegant and my kids like the light feature. Given that this was in the bathroom, I connected the light to a switch so it does not always stay on. The mirror came well wrapped in a crate and with Prime Shipping was delivered fast. If you're trying to make your bathroom unique this mirror will add a zing to it. The wiring is not the standard black and white as per US electrical code. It's red and blue which caused me to call Decoraport tech support, I was impressed that they answered on the first ring and answered my question immediately. ... show more

I love it! The light is super bright and I really think my makeup has improved because I can see better. It’s beautiful and a great size. I definitely think it’s worth it’s price, great value. It was very difficult to install because it’s just wires and not a plug. Also it’s very heavy. But well worth it. I would definitely recommend this item. I purchased this mirror in Nov and received in Dec. We installed it after the holidays in January. So far, Ive been using it for about 2 months and I love it! Other reviews mention buyer beware for the LED failure but we only use the LED feature for makeup application and shaving, etc. Installation requires 2 people due to size and weight of mirror. Bluetooth worked for 2 months after installation and hasn't been working since. It doesn't connect anymore and we tried several phones.. it only worked literally the first 2 or 3 months after installation
