Pleasantly Surprised with the Quality
I've purchased a few PBN kits recently. They're all fun, some more difficult than others, but a great way to relax and create something. This is the first one I bought from this brand. I was expecting it to be similar to the others as far as the paint quality and supplies. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the it's a step above. The others are fine, no complaints, however, with this kit, the paint pots are bigger, the paint smoother, the brush is good quality, and you can link and unlink the paint pots! You can make one big circle in numerical order, or you can unlink and rearrange them however you like. And the tops are easy to open and close. The canvas board is sturdy and the lines and numbers/letters are clear. The instructions are thorough and there are helpful tips on the box for how to achieve more painterly effects if you don't want it to look like a PBN painting. Overall, I'm impressed with this brand and would highly recommend it to others.

Fun kit
I really enjoyed this paint-by-number kit. The colors are really pretty and vibrant

The perfect way to start painting! Love this.
This was fun, relaxing and easy! It’s been 30 years since I picked up a brush but this kit made it easy. I love to unwind from work or start my day with a cup of coffee and some painting- this makes it a no-brainer! Would recommend this kit to anyone. Came with all paints, brushes and stiff cardboard “canvas”. Framing mine!

beautiful and fun!
This was a fun paint-by-numbers to do, with a great final product. Somewhat challenging because it comes with 12 colors, and then some of those need to be mixed in equal parts to create 16 new colors! Paint dries quickly (which can be good if you are impatient like me and want to avoid smudging)! When working with the mixed colors, using a wet brush or adding a tiny bit of water to the mixed paint can buy you some time if they are drying out (I mixed mine on a disposable plate with a small palette knife). Some of the colors didn't look all that different so I wonder if all the mixing was necessary. Nonetheless, the paints are vibrant and provide good coverage. The brush that comes with this kit is FANTASTIC and made it very easy to do the super fine lines and details. I usually end up using one of my own brushes on paint-by-numbers, but the included brush is better than any that I own! The poster-board also warped slightly, but that could probably be fixed if the picture is framed.

Fun & Worthy of Hanging!
This was a fun project! In addition to the 12 paint colors included in the kit, you blend to make an additional 16 colors. The blended colors help provide the shading and color variations I would definitely buy this brand again. The amount of paint included in the kit was more than adequate. The only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating is because the kit included only one paint brush. I used three brushes from my own supply. One flat and two that were a finer round tip.

Very nice kit ...
I started doing paint by numbers because I have the artistic ability of a 2 year old - so pbn’s are great for people like me. I was unsure about this kit at first because I am used to the large canvas kits. This is smaller and on a much finer material (and set on stiff board) almost like painting on silken canvas, which gives is a totally different feel. Not a huge fan of mixing my own colors, and they don’t give you anything to mix them in or with, but that’s really the only downside. The paintbrush with the kit is great as it’s nice and stiff and lets you do the fine lines with ease.

This is a cute picture but does not come on a piece of canvas but cardboard. Might be good for beginners or young children.

Pretty blues
The finished product had lovely blues and purples. I enjoyed the mixing of colors since it creates variations of colors. If you have not done mixing before, this is a good painting to try it out on since you don’t have to worry about getting the color “right”. I framed this painting with a rustic light blue frame from Michael’s and hung it in a spot that needed a blue accent. It was so much easier to do than some of the canvas paintings!
