Why is DIME cleaner than other perfumes? We use Organic Sugar Cane Alcohol in place of frequently used Alcohol SD 40, which has been shown to be aggressive on the skin. We strategically blend botanical-based and lab-made ingredients to ensure our perfumes are safe and hypoallergenic. Should I be conscious of where I am spraying my perfume? We recommend spraying the perfume on major pulse points, lightly tap wrists together and gently place onto the neck and below the ears. Will this perfume cause discoloration of my clothing? You will not have to worry about it discoloring your clothes. If applying to the entire body spray a few pumps roughly 12 inches away and step into the fragrance mist. Is discoloration of my perfume over time natural? This discoloration over time is typical for clean and natural perfumes. I purchased this for my wife, who has recently been looking for "cleaner" beauty products. She is often sensitive to strong, synthetic fragrances, but DIME 7 Summers has been a total hit. The spray lasts for hours and hours. The Scent: It is exactly as described—warm and sweet without being cloying. To me, it smells like a mix of vanilla, soft florals, and a hint of coconut. It definitely gives off a "summer vacation" vibe, which is nice during the colder months. It is noticeably softer than high-end department store perfumes, which she really appreciates. Performance: No Irritation: The biggest selling point is the hypoallergenic claim. She wears it daily and has reported zero headaches or skin irritation. Longevity: It is an Eau de Toilette, so it doesn't last 24 hours like a heavy parfum, but she gets a solid 4–6 hours of wear before it fades to a subtle skin scent. About a year ago, I purchased a perfume sampler from DIME. I immediately fell in love with 7 Summers and have been wearing it ever since. I receive compliments all the time. It's light and fresh. This is a really pretty everyday scent. It’s feminine, soft, and easy to wear without being overpowering. I like that it feels fresh and warm at the same time, so it works for daytime, work, errands, or just an easy casual perfume. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the staying power. On my skin, it smells beautiful when I first apply it, but it doesn’t last as long as I wish it did. I find myself wanting to reapply later in the day. That said, I still really enjoy wearing it.
