It's pretty good, but being the material is what it is recommend sleeve or condom for use. Also note the rod inside is stiff but flexible, once you get in the right position is it good for use, not overbearing, not crazy sized. If they made one with movable skin that would be great, but would have to be made of silicone vs what it is. As always wash immediately after use.
