We are coming up on five years and two kids. Constantly stuffing and abusing this bag it has held up very well. There is plenty of space and pockets to stay organized. The craftsmanship appears to be good as I see no issue with any of the zippers or stitching.

This is a great backpack/diaper bag that has held up! It's been 5 years, and we're still using it, despite our kids being older now. It has so many pockets, and the internal insulated pockets are so great for keeping snacks cold on outings. The only wear showing after 5 years of heavy use is that the faux leather zipper pulls are wearing at the edges- not falling apart, just showing a little discolor.
