Good cosmetic and structural quality. Almost completely silent. Control capabilities very flexible — wired, wireless, WiFi, switch closure, panel buttons. Every visible component is either black satin paint, shiny chrome or other spiffy looking materials. Structure is all welds, no rivets or other shortcuts. Wifi interface (through 3rd party eWeLink app) needs work. OTOH, it may be possible to integrate this lift into Matter/HomeKit via eWeLink, at least eventually. Overall, adaptable to many purposes and will look good doing it.

I use this to build a platform to scale three steps in my RV, since I have difficulty walking and climbing the stairs. This worked out absolutely beautifully. The lift is a high-quality, seems very sturdy, and I have no compliance with it. It comes with a bevy of control options, including a wired remote, a wireless, remote, and Bluetooth control for your phone. So I’m very pleased with it. Highly recommend.

Bought primarily to handle 3D Printer requiring, otherwise, two healthy persons to lift. Excellent assembly instruction which is straight forward, as is operation, Have not yet needed to use the remote control. Added 4 inch casters, essential for such an item and a 24 volt battery for improved mobility. Had to do maintenance on the printer requiring access from the top cover. Lift was ideal for this as able to adjust working level to optimum positions for top and side access. Highly satisfied with the lift and envisage a wide range of uses. One unsatisfactory aspect is cable management; panel, tethered control, and charging/battery connection. Presently these are all loose, pending fabrication of holders.

3 months of light use for nearly $300. I left it plugged in overnight and this morning no digital readout. Unresponsive with either remote controls. Unplugged to cool, then back in for power, unresponsive. Disconnected control box and tested motor directly to DC power, unit was operational. Reassembled, unresponsive. No product support or customer service. $50 to replace the control box after only 3 months is unacceptable. I’ll update my review if this issue is fairly resolved.

I was afraid to buy this, but it's actually great. I built a little stand around it and use it to raise and lower my TV (70lbs). Only thing to be careful about is the wiring to the control box. It would be easy to accidentally yank it off, since it's just tiny copper wires. Otherwise, perfect.

I received my DIHOOL Electric Scissor Lift as promised and immediately got my step-father to help me install it. The goal was to apply the lift as an elevator for me to use in order to go down to my garden without having to use the stairs, which are becoming more challenging. We were prepared to face many challenges but once we unpacked the DIHOOL lift, all concerns were gone. The lift comes prewired and all we had to do is cut the wood on the deck, secure the Lyft, plug it in and away she went. The DIHOOL Electric Scissor Lift comes with an up/down control prewired and they also provide a wireless device as well as an APP to manage the movement of the Lyft. I contacted DIHOOL Technical Support to inquire about presetting a lift height and the immediately provided me with instructions on how to go about doing this. Thank You DIHOOL team for giving me the freedom to continue to enjoy my garden.

I have repurposed the lift table to be used as a lift elevator for entry to a RV instead of steps. This is for a handicap person standing on the Lift Would like to be able to operate with a 24v battery with 4 amps output or an inverter using my trucks 12V system when not in a campground with 120V electrical service. I will explore my options, but if DIHOOL Electric could suggest working options when 120v receptible is not available it would be appreciated. I have found this lift to be very smooth when lifting and lowering. The two options for operating [wired remote and wireless ] to be an excellent options.

It's a good product overall. I just wish it came with mounting points for the controller and the module. I had to fabricate everything to work well with out it sitting on the floor with wires everywhere.
