    • Two Different ones and neither worked more than a couple of days
I so wanted this to work. I got it for my dad who's had hearing issues for years, but could never afford a hearing aid. This one was reasonably priced and seemed to be a nice first choice. He was pretty happy with it for a couple of days and the first one just quit working. No idea why, but it wouldn't charge. I returned it and the seller got us a new one within a couple of days before we even returned it. The second one lasted just a couple of days too. This time the issues were different. The sound quality wasn't as good and the volume buttons got loose. We're going to have to return this again and this time we will not be replacing it. Very disappointed. ... show more

    • Good band aid for hearing aids
I got these for my friend - he said his hearing aid was super uncomfortable and brought in all outside noise when he was in a restaurant Observations - super sleek and easy fit in the ear - It super minimalizes the outside noise - but apparently, he now hears everything so his voice booms out! - super inexpensive swap out for the expensive ones he has and change of shape on the insert relieves the discomfort -the batteries are super finicky to insert - amazing that he didnt have to pay money to see a doc to get these - he already knew what he needed - why have to go back to a doc to get another pair only to find out they too are uncomfortable - nice and discreet - especially for people newly wearing these - the only one thing I have to comment on is that we thought the battery would last longer than 24 hours - wish these were USB rechargeable Really cool product ! ... show more

    • Good alternative
These are not going to replace a set of prescribed hearing aids but they ares effective enough and probably best for those whose hearing loss has not progressed too far yet. They do perform adequately and charge rather quickly.

    • Amplifier but not hearing aid
This does amplify the noise, but not much else. I can’t tell the difference between the different settings. The fit is a bit different and maybe that is because the plastic isn’t as flexible as I thought it might be. The batteries are easy to install and the door is mostly easy to open but having nails helps. I wouldn’t say these are anywhere the quality of hearing aids or even good AirPods or the like. They will help hearing the tv or conversations better but not sure about outside use as it might be a bit too loud. I didn’t find any noise reduction to these only amplification. Perhaps a good starting place before hearing aides or a good option if you lose or misplace a hearing aid. As for the battery life, I haven’t had them long enough to report on that yet. ... show more

These aren't expensive so I hedge my expectations based on that. Of course these aren't going to perform as well or have as many features as a pair that's 10 or 20x the price of these. But for amplifying sounds, they are good, although they pick up ALL sounds. Overall a great inexpensive pair for someone new to hearing aids just trying them out to see if they will help them. ... show more

Pretty good literally hearing aids for the price. or these round a little bit, and the issue that I had with was the white noise in the background, didn't really care much for that. But for the cost these aren't a really bad option. This takes a little bit to get used to. The white noise in the background, especially if you're around fans or something like that. Battery life has been ok, not the greatest, but what do you expect for the price? You can't really beat them. ... show more

    • Works okay but the modes are not clear at all and don't always work well
These hearing amplifiers definitely increase the sounds coming into your eardrums. Unfortunately, the four or so modes are not exactly clearly defined, nor is it very intuitive to understand which you are supposed to use at any given time. The beeps are also not always clear so its not easy to understand which mode you are actually on nor align the two amplifiers. These have moderate comfort level, and definitely do increase some sounds. However, you'll also get static and other problems with these, which is a bit annoying. In short, these are functional to some degree but not the ideal candidate for those with hearing issues. ... show more
