I was amazed at the size, bigger than expected. The power of the bubbles is amazing. This unit is well worth the money. We have this in a canopy tent and to help hold the heat we put vapor barrier between the concrete and tub - ie: plastic tarp, outdoor pad 1/2" thick and outdoor carpet. When you enter the canopy it feels just like a spa. It has never lost any heat. We have it set at 100 degrees and it stays there constantly. The only negative I would say is that I would not be comfortable with 6 people ~ I like my space ~ This is the best soak I have had in years!

No liking to it. We are sent a defective hot tub and are expected to pay for shipping to return it? Doing business that way is not good for business. We live on a fixed income and had to save up for this piece of junk that is no more than a kiddie pool at this point. Totally disgusted
