I've been buying and wearing these pants since 2018 for my lawn care business. I've never had a tear/failure of any kind. The cargo pockets hold my essentials and the velcro closure has held up just fine. The material breathes well during the brutal heat and humidity of NC. Yes, they are stiff and have a rough feel to them when you get them out of the bag. No big deal, wash and dry them along with my other dirty ones and they're good to go. The phone slash pocket is big enough for just about any phone you have. Mine has an otterbox cover and it fits just fine. I first bought the tan and then gray ones thinking they'd be a little cooler but they get stained and filthy very quickly. I started buying the camo color and the OD green because of the grass and dirt stains. For my line of work, this is the way to go. I just brush off the grass with a broom and throw them in the wash. The cut and fit for me, is slightly baggy (relaxed) and the 32 length is plenty long, almost too long but no big deal. The waist sizing (36) has always been consistent. If you're in the market for a pair of work pants, give these your every consideration. For my purpose, they are perfect. BTW, I have 6 pairs of these pants and the oldest ones are still in great condition.

When I pulled them out of the shipping bag I thought: Gees... these pants are stiff & very, very scratchy!! Never the less, I tried them on and my immediate reaction was: I can't wear these pants, they're too stiff & scratchy ..."how could anybody like these pants." The fit seemed ok but I was certain I couldn't tolerate them, especially on a hot day. Disappointed. I liked the cut well enough, and I liked the Camo look. I also liked the phone pocket. The waist & length were fine, but ... I decided I'd return them the next day and search for a replacement. It was late and I didn't feel like setting up the amazon return. Next morning I got the pants, labels, stickers together, but looking at the pants one more time I figured I'd dive into the amazon Reviews more carefully because I did like them... so I went searching more carefully, even posting a question about the stiff-n-scratchy issues. That brought up several Reviews I'd missed. "OK" I thought, I'm gonna wash them! and I did... Good decision. When I pulled them out of the Washer they felt better. Then I put them in the Dryer and when they came out they felt completely different... so much better! I wore them the next day, a warm one here, and I must admit, they are great to wear. The fit & the comfort & the look is all good! They're light weight, soft not scratchy, very comfortable, didn't shrink in the dryer, plus the Camo look is subdued and stylish. Glad I kept them and Happy to recommend them.

After reading other reviews, went up 1 waist size (2 inches) for comfort. They fit perfectly. Look good with lots of Velcro secured pockets, including a cell phone pocket. Price was reasonable too.

I should've got 38 but got 3-6 which is alright, the coolest softest comfort pants to work in, lounge in, chill in. Goin to stock up on these I hope. They don't stretch as much as spandex though, poly and cotton. Great size pockets, could be bigger, great for baggyness not to tight so your not in that club. 2nd best pair of pants. Duluth is by far better though for everything Id go there if I was you shopping for work on trails pants

I have about 12 pairs of these dickies they are the best pants and most comfortable dickies I have owned. They do fade after a couple of washes and wears though that I don’t like… real bad fade that’s why 3.5/5. When they are new they are super clean and stretchy. When my old pairs start to turn grey I just throw them in a bucket and dye them black. $30 isn’t a bad price for these Amazon is the only place that has them on sale, usually 37.99
