Great adapter, speeds remain unchanged and nothing out of the ordinary has happened after install. Hides usb 3.0 cable decently in my case. Makes everything more organized and better looking.

This is needed for small motherboards if you got a big graphics card. I got the Right Angel Down Adapter for my motherboard, works perfectly and now all usb3 and front io or working properly Do not get the angle up, that goes into the motherboard

My mobo has the USB3 front IO connector facing to the side which caused a clearance issue for the cable. This adapter was small enough to fit and redirect the connector 90 degrees. No change in performance or speeds or anything.
