My husband sat shirtless in our recliner for the first two full days after his rotator cuff surgery. The large bolster on his sling made it pretty uncomfortable to try to wear a button up shirt because of the bulk being so much he could only do up 3 buttons and even then half his chest was exposed. I was so happy to find this fully openable shirt. It will work for surgery on either side of the body and has plenty of snaps to keep it closed and look like a regular t-shirt. The material is lightweight, skin friendly, soft and breathable. It's is machine washable and dryer safe on low heat. It is super easy to dress around the large bolster sling. The snaps are tight, so I do have to help him with them but at least he can go out in public now. I am well pleased with this garment and recommend it to anyone looking at surgery. Get a couple in advance so you can rotate them as they need washing. They are not much more than a standard T-shirt and are worth every penny paid making them a great value for anyone with medical needs that nessecitate an easy open design.

I recommend that anyone having shoulder surgery purchase several of these shirts for the patient and the caregiver. The ease of the taking off and on is just absolutely great. Material is soft and does not wrinkle which is nice when wearing a sling. The overall quality is excellent and worth the cost! Some also have velcro fasteners which I did not like except for one that had velcro and snaps. Try them, you will like them!!!!

Launders well. Lightweight. Works as advertised. Typically wear an XXL-tall. This XXXL fits more like XXL -- wanted something larger/extra room... .... so a 4XL and 5XL would've been ideal. Having said that, the soft, stretchy fabric made it work for torso + snaps -- allow easy access and made the sleeve work-- by keeping some snaps undone-- so it fit around bicep and under arm. Appreciate the POCKET too. Can deal with not being a "tall" as not a lot of movement to come untucked. Good price-point for a temporary need (shoulder surgery)

OMG, whoever came up with this shirt is the bomb! 🙌🏽 I needed something easy to wear since I couldn’t lift my left arm, and this did exactly what it was supposed to do. The side snaps made dressing so much easier and stress-free. It’s comfortable, practical, and an absolute game-changer during recovery. Whoever came up with this idea has my approval. Son had tendon surgery and could not straighten arm. This shirt was easy for him to put on. Fabric is soft and the size was perfect to order. The style was even fashionable for him to wear to work.
