Description

Replaces rubber equalizers for E-Z Flex heavy-duty rubber suspension system by Dexter Axle. For 33" axle spacing and axles up to 6000lbs. capacity. 26.00" Double eye springs - tandem axles. The E-Z Flex equalizer in this kit (PN 013-143-03) can replace existing 013-104-02 equalizers. AFFORDABLE SOLUTION: Delivers the smooth ride and performance of a premium suspension at a fraction of the cost. INNOVATIVE SUSPENSION DESIGN: E-Z Flex is constructed using a resilient rubber core that is permanently held between two equalizer arms. Unaffected by the elements, this core has been scientifically formulated to provide optimal dampening characteristics and long fatigue life. RETAINS AXLE EQUALIZATION: E-Z Flex is mounted to a standard hanger which provides a pivot point for equalization of the axles. Suspension systems without this hanger- to-pivot-point relationship sacrifice the ability of the axles to equalize over uneven terrain. During travel, the E-Z Flex System continuously pivots and compresses to isolate and absorb damaging road shocks before they are sent to the trailer frame and its contents. SIMPLE INSTALLATION Retrofits to existing leaf spring axles that use 013-104 or 013-122 style equalizers. Requires no welding, grinding, or cutting of the trailer frame or axle hangers. Excellent experience with this kit. Ordered it on Monday and it arrived the very next day. All the hardware was there and the install was very easy. This kit is very good quality parts and built to last. The change in ride is fantastic and i cant believe how much quieter my trailer is running down the road. No more banging and squeaking at all.. i installed this on the trailer I haul every day for work and put roughly 50k miles a year on the trailer so I need quality and tough suspension parts. Also, I live in maine and the roads are absolutely horrible in most places. I just installed it so I can't say how long it will last but judging by the parts, im gonna say it'll last a hell of a lot longer than the tractor supply junk suspension I was running and fixing sometimes 4 times a year. The price of the kit was great. It took about two hours to install. (I am a technician by trade) tools are required that some may not have. The noisy popping and squeaking from the suspension on our RV is gone. Is it also more stable? It’s really hard to tell as a fifth wheel is super stable anyway and I tow a 12,500 gvwr fifth wheel with a 2021 dually Ram. But sure. It’s really nice to be able to grease the bolts and when I pulled the pedi bushings out to install these bronze ones the pedi ones were worn thin and through in some places on a five year old fiver. The materials used in this product is a big upgrade over the stock parts. Everything looks to be built to last. The travel trailer seems to ride smoother with less bounce. Installation went pretty fast once we figured out the first side. Total installation time with no prior experience 2.5 hours. Having two floor jacks helps out alot with parts alignment and having air tools to makes the job go faster. Only con: Equalizer zerks can be hard the access with the tires on. Absolutely need a grease gun with a flexible hose to access the equalizer zerks. ... show more

I installed these on my enclosed trailer. I couldn’t believe the ride quality difference. I also love the heavy duty shackles which make a huge difference in axle twist when turning sharp. The grease ability is also a great feature.

Installed on Keystone Laredo 303TG tandem axle. replaced leaf springs alongside this. Pros: -Packaged very well -Parts are heavy duty -Online install videos are good Cons: -Instruction sheet is unreadable, it is a copy of a copy... -The wet schackle bolts for the leaf spring eye ends are too short, need 3-3/8 inch bolts (3-3/4in overall length) ; the ones in the package are only 2-7/8in ( 3-1/4in overall) Contacted Dexter customer support, response was just "we have bolts of x and length"...where x is too short and y is way too long....then nothing. Will either buy bolts separately or more likely return this for another brand. update - finally got ahold of someone live on phone, on hold forever, just to be told "you bought it off of Amazon so we can't do anything" terrible customer support, will be returning, ... show more

This is an amazing product! It did exactly what it's said to do and that is to alleviate the popping and balance out the ride on my boat trailer. If you are attempting to install this yourself, have someone that can assist you (only my advice). Also, the bolts that have to be hammered in, Are A Challenge to say the least. I ruined a 3/4" impact socket hammering these bolts into position. I did this with the help of one more person in less than three hours. I gave this product four stars because one of the grease fittings was broken when I received the kit. ... show more
