No need to trust your trailer with cheap Chinese replacement parts. Not much to say other than this is an exact Dexter replacement brake. Got over 15 years of service from the originals. One thing to note is that this brake does not come with plugs for the two adjuster holes. Make sure to scavenge your plugs from the old brake before trashing it, or you will have to buy replacement plugs like I did. ... show more

Easy to bolt on and replace the whole unit. Make sure you "burnish" the brakes after installation, per the Dexter Brake manual.

Noticed that wires are pulled very tight through backing plates and are really close to being broken when they are manufactured. Hoping this doesn't prese nt a problem later down the road. Use one trip so far and they worked great after initial adjustment.
