I cancelled this order less than 24 hours after placing, more than 48 hours before it shipped from its location, and it is still shipping and will take 2 more weeks until I receive it. I jumped the gun on this and they would not budge on cancelling the order even though I attempted to cancel a full 2 days before it shipped. The customer reviews on this tool box are not good. "Cheap quality", "cheap welds", cheaply assembled... not what I would expect to hear about DeWalt. And one review shows damage during shipping, which I expect to happen over the next two weeks with the 15 shipping hubs and trucks that it will take to get here. For as much money as it costs, it should be Heavy Duty construction. If it turns out to truly be crap, I will attempt to send back and get the Husky Heavy Duty 52" from Home Depot for half the price. ... show more

The unit was simply gorgeous. After reading the ratings, I was skeptical, but my chest came completely unblemished, and was in flawless shape. It looks incredible, and my only issue is that ideally, when paying that kind of money for a product you expect to be top of the line, is that I wish it had the TRUE soft close drawers that shut securely and softly. But otherwise, it is top of the notch, and the accessories it comes with are wonderful enhancements that was just another reason for me to go with the yellow chest over the black one. VERY happy with my purchase, but wish I would have went with the 52" in hindsight!! ... show more

Not impressed. Wheels and castors are spindly and the finish is a yellow matte that will proudly display all dirt and grease. The size and configuration of the box is good and what I wanted, but the execution is cheap and not a great value. This is not of the same quality as my 1985 Craftsman.
