Replaced the factory blade on my Rigid chop saw with this. Cuts 2x4 perfect with no splinters nor burning. Even cuts heavy walled cardboard tubes laser straight with no burrs. I got this specifically for extra thick bamboo flooring (tough stuff to cut). It is absolutely perfect for this job. No chipping or splintering at all and every cut including miter cuts on trim is "factory cut" smooth and precise. It is also U.S. Made and that means something (at least to me). Nice easy cuts, clean lines, seemed to withstand dense woods well. Left yellow paint on the cut edge for a very long time though. I used this one beside a diablo 80 tooth blade and couldn't tell a big difference in the cutting, so for 15 dollars less, I think its a winner.

the first blade is not what came. the second one is. the picture with the review is what I thought I bought. blade didn't have the built in silicone in the slots for noise reduction. it was the blade with more yellow on it. it was in plastic like the second picture. did not look like the picture with the "bought with" ad. which is better: I do not know.
