Description

How fast is the wireless charging? It charges at standard wireless speed, which is generally slower than wired charging. For faster performance, we recommend using the included charging cable. This 5,000mAh power bank is designed for quick, on-the-go top-ups. How many times can it charge an iPhone 16 Pro Max? If the phone is completely empty, it can charge up to about 60%. This product is designed for emergency use — it's compact, MagSafe compatible, and ideal for on-the-go top-ups. Does it work with phone cases? It works with MagSafe-compatible cases. For a secure magnetic connection, avoid extra-thick or metal-backed cases, which can reduce magnetic strength. Is it normal for the device to stop charging or turn off early? In some cases, this may occur if the magnetic connection is not properly aligned or if a thicker or non-MagSafe-compatible case is being used. For optimal performance, we recommend using the device with a MagSafe-compatible case or without a case. Is it normal for the charger to get warm during use? Yes, a bit of warmth is completely normal during wireless charging. The product meets all safety standards and works best in cool environments, away from direct sunlight.

Gets really hot and charges slow

It gets really hot and charges slow. I got a replacement and it’s still getting really hot and charging slow. I don’t recommend. The battery was fully charged when I attached it. Battery percentage was at 55 when I put it on. Now it’s 58 and the battery already went down a notch. It doesn’t give a full charge. I have a iPhone 15 and that’s not the issue. I think all of them may be defective. May need to order from the actual manufacturer ... show more

Convenient
This time I got what I expected. Magnetically charges my iPhone. There's a similar item that's not cordless. I found them very useful during my last hospital stays. Nurse / visitor charged them up. I used them in bed to charge the phone. No down time! No cords in bed.

compact and powerful, really does the job
I like this power bank. It recharges quickly and it does recharge my phone rapidly. the only negative I see is that it doesn't stick to the back of my iphone like I thought it would. I do have a protective otterbox case on it though that may be why. It will charge my phone through the case. It also gets quite warm but not enough to matter. Overall I am well pleased with this recharger. It really comes in handy keeping my phone charged when I running tractors or harvesters without a way to recharge the phone. ... show more
