Exactly what i needed as the cut through drywall with precision like butter. I change out the drills frequently as directed because any type will dull even if they were coated, zinc, cobalt, etc.. For the price, quantity, and quality, these are a good buy. I will purchase them again soon.

    • OEM dewalt bits. good price, short lived on material other than drywall
These bits are great for drywall, and will last a long time if that's what you are cutting. However, I work on mostly older homes, and these are not so great for other things, such as plaster and lathe. I "burn" through one of these bits about every 1-2 old work boxes I cut out of plaster and lathe. However, at roughly a dollar a bit, its worth it to just chuck them. The masonry style bit that would last longer costs anywhere from 8-15 PER bit depending on manufacturer so I'd rather just use these as disposable bits then fork out that much. Besides, You easily making up for it in what you are charging the customer for the job, or what you are saving by not hiring someone to do the job. ... show more

I used these bits to cut holes in Alumicore, they worked great! I thought the bits would get dull after being used on Alumicore. I only needed one bit to complete the job. It held up great.
