  • Best safety goggles I have ever used. Comfortable, do not fog up, and keep allergens out while working in the yard and shop.
Color: Smoke Size: One Size (Pack of 1)
I have had various pairs of safety goggles in my life, as a civilian, in the Navy and shipyards, and again as a homeowner doing landscaping and woodworking. These are by far the most comfortable, most effective safety goggles I have ever owned. The are more effective than others because they do not fog, reducing vision, and they are comfortable, so I am more likely to use them, which is the most important thing. Another huge benefit of these over other pairs that I have used is that they form such a good fit that it keeps allergens from getting into my eyes when mowing the lawn and doing other yard work. This is a huge deal for me, since I no longer have to take an antihistamine and suffer through red, teary, itchy eyes every time I mow the lawn. I just wish I knew about these sooner. They are everything I could ever ask for AND they are cheap. As a side note, I use these with the Wolfsnout dust mask, and they make a great pair for keeping allergens out without being bulky or fogging up. I think that they make goggles too, but they are more expensive, and I cannot imagine that they work any better than these. ... show more

  • So far so good. Comfortable and keeps the dust out of my eyes when using the riding lawnmower.
Color: Multi Size: One Size (Pack of 1)
Normally I wear impact resistant sunglasses outside when doing yard work, but I found that dust and grit would still get into my eyes when driving the lawnmower. So I bought these "Dewalt anti-fog molded safety goggles" to keep the dust from getting into my eyes from the sides and bottom. First, I tried wearing these when push-mowing, but realized that I can't do that because I sweat too much and need windshield wipers on the inside to keep the sweat from running down the plastic and obscuring the view. It literally looked like rain running down a window pane of glass. However, when mowing with a riding-lawnmower, I'm not exerting myself as much so I sweat less and I can see through them just fine. Some reviewers complained that the anti-fog vents on the top and bottom of the goggles allow dust in. This may be true in some cases depending on the concentrations of dust, but I didn't experience that and my yard is really dry and dusty. After using these Dewalt goggles, my eyes don't sting or have grit in them, my eyelids don't swell shut, and my tears aren't dirt colored, unlike when I just use the regular safety glasses. So for me they are well worth the price. Winter Update: Please note that I do wear a N-95 respirator mask over my nose and mouth whenever I mow, weed-eat, blow leaves, or cut rocks, year around. That may cause or prevent fogging...not sure. As for whether they fog in colder weather, I don't have a definitive answer for that. I push-mowed at the beginning of December (temperature 45 degrees) for 45 minutes to mulch up dry leaves, on our steep hillsides, and it was very dusty. My husband was also driving by me with the 0-turn and left a dust cloud in his wake, but the dust didn't get into the inside of the goggles and they didn't fog up. Afterwards, I weed-eated a few areas and they still didn't fog up. Then I was waiting for my husband to finish with the 0-turn before I blew out the flower beds, and they suddenly started fogging at the very top. I don't know why, but I took them off and put on my regular Dewalt impact sunglasses. I was sweating during the push-mowing and a little bit during the weed-eating, but not like in the summer, where I need windshield wipers on the inside of the goggles. It is possible my respirator mask effected it. Overall, I am happy with these. I've also worn them while cutting rocks with a tile saw and they didn't fog up and rock splatter didn't leak inside. Update: September 2025. If found these work great for pressure washing and keep the gunk out of my eyes. ... show more

  • Just another excellent Dewalt product
Color: Smoke Size: One Size (Pack of 1)
Love them so far, used them on a bipolar PNW spring day where the sun is in your eyes even as rain is falling, never saw any hint of fogging. Experienced everything from blue skies and sunshine to a 10-minute hail storm in the first day working with these and they were great. After wearing them for a few minutes, I forget they're even on my face because they don't obstruct my vision at all and they stay well secured. I like the way they fit, and I know they will be even more comfortable when the yellow rubber seal has worn in a bit. I bought these because regular sunglasses and safety glasses just weren't cutting it. They either fall off every time I bend down to pick something up, or debris falls around the lenses and gets into my eyes. It is not fun to lose 30 minutes of productivity as you try to flush large paint chips that your glasses failed to block out of your completely disabled eye. When you're working on the exterior of a house, you are looking upward a lot of the time and the sun always seems to be lurking just around the corner, ready to blind you. The exact scenario in my mind when I bought these was a recent memory of scraping flaked paint off of a chimney. I was looking straight up, with debris falling directly onto my face. If I move my head a few inches to either side to avoid the debris or get a view of what I'm doing, the sun punishes me with blindness for the next few minutes. Sunglasses block the sun okay, but don't stay on and don't block debris very well. Safety glasses stay on and block the debris a bit better, but aren't tinted for the sun. These goggles are the best of all worlds for what I do. I've gotten very well accustomed to spraying without eye protection over the years, but I am going to give these a shot next time I'm spraying in a somewhat closed off area. The lens should be easy to clean being that it's just one big smooth piece. I would give them 5 stars if it were possible to purchase packs of replacement lenses at a reasonable price, but that doesn't seem to be the case so I docked half a star. Luckily, $10-12 is a great price for these and they will last long enough to be well worth the money. If anything, the only problem is they look too damn cool - minus another half star. My knee pads, my Lithium-Ion tools, and now my safety glasses - all examples of products where I screwed around with other brands until they inevitably fail, and then I go for the yellow/black option. Kobalt 18V drill: lasted about a year of regular but light use before the chuck started slipping. Stop screwing around and just get the Dewalt. Yes it costs more, yes it's worth it. ... show more

  • Eye protection
Color: Smoke Size: One Size (Pack of 1)
I have three quarters of an acre to cut next to the house and there's a lot of dust and debris, every time I cut grass. These are great to protect my eyes and allow me to see as I am cutting grass. Very good fit on my face, and they don't fog up.
