This 20V MAX cordless kit includes a 7-inch Cordless Rotary Polisher, two 20V MAX 5.0Ah batteries, charger, and kit bag. The high-efficiency brushless motor of the car polisher delivers up to 75% more runtime over brushed. No- load speed of 800-2200 RPM with the variable-speed trigger and dial allows for application on cars, headlights, windshields, fiber glass, gelcoat, and for glass-polishing applications. The included 7-inch backing plate is recommended for most applications.

Great machine! I was so sick of dealing with cords when polishing vehicles. This eliminates that hassle. I have both this rotary polisher and the DeWalt 15mm Dual Action polisher. They are both great machines. If you are planning on doing a whole car, make sure you have extra batteries. Each battery lasts about half an hour on the rotary. ... show more

    • Excellent Buffer
I’m a car painter, so I use my buffer regularly. It took about a week getting used to not having a power chord to help balance the buffer. I love it now. I recommend you get a third battery and a double charger if you’ll use yours often.

The product description (see screenshot attached) most CLEARLY states that this set includes two 6Ah batteries, not two 5Ah batteries. When I received it there were two 5Ah batteries with it. Not a deal-killer, but I see now that even the seller answers posted questions about the 6Ah batteries in the description and then states they don't even know where the asker is seeing that. Anyway, great tool and I'm looking forward to years of use. (With slightly more frequent trips to the charger with the lower-power batteries it came with compared with what was described.) I was a little skeptical about this at first but am so glad I bought it, i have also bought the milwaukee battery powered buffer and this dewalt hands down is a better product in my mind, its very well balanced and comfortable to use great buy.

The batter life on this is not great at all. With 2 batters I still had to stop and charge the batteries before I could completely finish my car. Outside of that the unit performed well.
